Hundred‐Nanometer‐Thick Stretchable Liquid Metal Films for Ultra‐Conformal Bioelectrodes
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A low‐temperature deposition strategy is proposed to fabricate 19 nm‐thick liquid metal nanofilms (conductivity: 3 × 10⁶ S m−1) for developing ultra‐thin, high‐conductivity epidermal electrodes. The 1 µm‐thick composite achieves 8.5 kΩ skin contact impedance and 26 dB EMG SNR, enabling robust dynamic electromyography during movement.
