A novel pulmonary polyomavirus in alpacas (Vicugna pacos)

Veterinary Microbiology, 2017
Viral metagenomic analysis detected a novel polyomavirus in a 6-month old female alpaca (Vicugna pacos) euthanized after a diagnosis of disseminated lymphosarcoma.
