2017 3DTV Conference: The True Vision - Capture, Transmission and Display of 3D Video (3DTV-CON), 2017 Studies have shown that mixed resolution based video codecs, also known as asymmetric spatial inter/intra view video codecs are successful in efficiently coding videos for low bitrate trans-mission.
