Make-A-Video: Text-to-Video Generation without Text-Video Data
We propose Make-A-Video -- an approach for directly translating the tremendous recent progress in Text-to-Image (T2I) generation to Text-to-Video (T2V). Our intuition is simple: learn what the world looks like and how it is described from paired text-image data, and learn how the world moves from unsupervised video footage.

Decomposition Integrals of Set-Valued Functions Based on Fuzzy Measures
The decomposition integrals of set-valued functions with regards to fuzzy measures are introduced in a natural way. These integrals are an extension of the decomposition integral for real-valued functions and include several types of set-valued integrals,

CAC investigation for video and data [PDF]
A key objective of ATM-based networks is to provide at the same time guaranteed QoS to real time and non-real time services. This calls for thoroughly engineered traffic control methods for those service categories as well as for the overall integration strategy.

Data-driven crowd analysis in videos [PDF]
In this work we present a new crowd analysis algorithm powered by behavior priors that are learned on a large database of crowd videos gathered from the Internet. The algorithm works by first learning a set of crowd behavior priors off-line. During testing, crowd patches are matched to the database and behavior priors are transferred.

Video anomaly detection using deep incremental slow feature analysis network
Existing anomaly detection (AD) approaches rely on various hand‐crafted representations to represent video data and can be costly. The choice or designing of hand‐crafted representation can be difficult when faced with a new dataset without prior ...
