Interactivity Proposals for Surveillance Videos
This paper introduces spatio-temporal interactivity proposals for video surveillance. Rather than focusing solely on actions performed by subjects, we explicitly include the objects that the subjects interact with. To enable interactivity proposals, we introduce the notion of interactivityness, a score that reflects the likelihood that a subject and ...

A Dynamic Environment for Video Surveillance [PDF]
Video surveillance systems must support multiple streaming and prompt alert notification. We propose a two-tiered environment: a supervisor defines presentation layouts and model interface reactions to alerts; a surveillant watches synchronized videos, adapts layouts, and is notified with alerts.

Metasurface‐Enabled Active‐Like Passive Radar
A programmable space‐time‐coding metasurface embeds distinct spatiotemporal tags into ambient wireless signals, allowing passive radar to operate in an active‐like manner. By enabling code‐correlated reconstruction under interference, the approach supports robust real‐time UAV tracking in complex environments and points to intelligent, low‐power ...
