Abstract A Vietnamese pot‐bellied pig was assessed for a 1‐week history of anorexia and at least 1 week of no defecation. Contrast‐enhanced abdominal computed tomography revealed a focal intestinal stricture with secondary chronic partial mechanical obstruction. Exploratory laparotomy revealed a 5‐cm mass incorporating the distal jejunum.
