ABSTRACT We aimed to estimate SARS‐CoV‐2 seropositivity among children and young people in Lomé, Togo, according to HIV status. A multicenter comparative cross‐sectional study was conducted, and 636 participants were included (41.8% living with HIV). Anti‐S (88.7% vs. 89.1%) and anti‐N (41.6% vs. 39.5%) IgG seropositivity were comparable in both groups.
