VIKOR-KERNEL METHOD AND ITS USING TO MAKE A MULTIPLE CRITERIA ALTERNATIVES COMPARISON
The algorithm of method VIKOR intended for ranging of alternatives, and results of its analysis are given. It is shown that some shortcomings are inherent in known method VIKOR. It is caused by necessity of use of additional balancing factor, and also by

Heterogeneous Fuzzy Group Decision‐Making Model With Mixed Criteria
Organizational decisions, often originating from diverse groups of managers with varying criteria, encounter challenges due to the inherent ambiguity in human judgments, particularly those involving preferences. This paper proposes a nuanced solution using a heterogeneous fuzzy group decision‐making method, accommodating diverse criteria based on real ...

Solution of different multi-criteria decision making engineering problems by PROMETHEE II and VIKOR [PDF]
In our day to day life we come across situations in which we have a number of choices available in front of us and it is difficult to choose among them on the basis of a single criterion.

A comparative study of multiple-criteria decision-making methods under stochastic inputs [PDF]
This paper presents an application and extension of multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods to account for stochastic input variables. More in particular, a comparative study is carried out among well-known and widely-applied methods in MCDM ...

Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFSs) effectively represent uncertain information in decision‐making by accommodating situations where the sum of membership and nonmembership degrees exceeds 1, provided their squared sum remains at most 1. This study proposes a novel distance measure for PHFSs and rigorously demonstrates its rationality and validity.

Malmquist Productivity Index by Extended VIKOR Method Using Interval Numbers [PDF]
The VIKOR method was developed for multicriteria optimization of complex systems. It determines the compromise ranking list and the compromise solution obtained with the given weights. This method focuses on ranking and selecting from a set of alternatives in the presence of conflicting criteria. Here, the VIKOR method is used for two timestandt+1.
