Study of biodegradable poly(butylene succinate‐co‐adipate) (PBSA) maleation: Analysis of grafting, thermal, and rheological behaviour

open access: yesThe Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
Maleation of poly(butylene succinate‐co‐adipate) (PBSA): Effect of the initiator concentration on the grafting percentage. Abstract Herein, the effects of varied concentrations of an organic peroxide and maleic anhydride (MA) on the grafting percentage as well as the amount of gel content, rheological, and thermal properties of MA‐grafted‐poly(butylene

Radical Oligomer–Grafted Cellulose as Cathodes for Sustainable Aqueous Zinc‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesChemSusChem, EarlyView.
Cellulose nanofibers are chemically grafted with short‐chain oligomers of TEMPO radicals through Cu(0)‐mediated reversible‐deactivation radical polymerization (RDRP). A cellulose‐g‐oligo(TEMPO) has been successfully prepared and is used as a cathode for aqueous zinc‐ion batteries.

Identification of Three Novel Tetrahydrocannabinol Analogs in the European Market

open access: yesDrug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.
The major isolated ingredient of “CB9” was identified as [2‐(E)‐propen‐1‐yl]‐Δ8‐tetrahydrocannabinol‐acetate of “tresconol” as [2‐propen‐2‐yl]‐Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinol and of “CBx” as [2‐propen‐2‐yl]‐Δ8‐tetrahydrocannabinol. These compounds have no available spectroscopic or chromatographic data and have never been identified in Cannabis plants, and ...
