We present an analysis of a person-to-person recommendation network, consisting of 4 million people who made 16 million recommendations on half a million products. We observe the propagation of recommendations and the cascade sizes, which we explain by a simple stochastic model.

Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

This study performs pan‐viromic profiling of 14,529 samples from 5,710 domestic herbivores across five Chinese provinces, establishing the DhCN‐Virome (1,085,360 viral metagenomes).
