Transcription Factor Promiscuity Drives Regulatory Rewiring and Evolvability in Gene Networks in Bacteria

When a master transcription factor (TF) is lost, bacteria can rapidly rewire gene regulatory networks by co‐opting related regulators. Magnetic Probabilistic Computing (MPC) utilizes intrinsic stochastic dynamics in domain walls to establish a hardware foundation for uncertainty‐aware artificial intelligence. Thermally driven domain‐wall fluctuations, voltage‐controlled magnetic anisotropy, and TMR readout enable fully electrical, tunable probabilistic inference.

FASLG Derived from Fibroblasts in Hydroxyapatite‐Rich Microenvironment Induces Urothelial Anoikis to Trigger Randall's Plaque Exposure

Randall's plaques (RP) serve as the nidus for calcium oxalate (CaOx) kidney stones. The current study reveals that hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystals activate the THY1–GSK3α/β–β‐catenin axis in renal interstitial fibroblasts (hRIFs), inducing FASLG secretion.
