An AlON interfacial layer is engineered within an AlN switching layer to enable transparent RRAM with four stable resistance states. The device achieves low‐voltage multilevel switching and a high HRS, allowing precise grayscale modulation and preventing light leakage in micro‐LEDs operated at VDD = 2.7 V.

Greener networking in a network virtualization environment
Energy consumption of network operators can be minimized by the dynamic and smart relocation of networking resources. In this paper, we propose to take advantage of network virtualization to enable a smart energy aware network provisioning. The virtualization of networking resources leads to the problem of mapping virtual demands to physical resources,

Scalable Task Planning via Large Language Models and Structured World Representations
This work efficiently combines graph‐based world representations with the commonsense knowledge in Large Language Models to enhance planning techniques for the large‐scale environments that modern robots will need to face. Planning methods often struggle with computational intractability when solving task‐level problems in large‐scale environments ...

From Rigid to Soft Robotic Approaches for Neuroendoscopy
Robotic assistance has had minimal impact on deep intraventricular surgeries, where small‐scale, precision, and reduced invasiveness can contribute to improved patient outcomes. Emerging technologies in rigid, soft, and hybrid robotics are reviewed to identify the most promising mechanisms for deep brain navigation in addition to an attempt to identify
