An AlON interfacial layer is engineered within an AlN switching layer to enable transparent RRAM with four stable resistance states. The device achieves low‐voltage multilevel switching and a high HRS, allowing precise grayscale modulation and preventing light leakage in micro‐LEDs operated at VDD = 2.7 V.

A dual‐domain PSLC architecture enables direct comparison of alignment‐dependent laser damage within a single device. Crack‐like and seal‐like morphologies emerge under different damage conditions, and their evolution is interpreted through quantitative image analysis and heat‐driven simulations.

D4Science - deploying virtual research environments
The D4Science (DIstributed colLaboratories Infrastructure on Grid-ENabled Technology for Science) project aims to continue the path that the GÉANT (a multi-gigabit pan-European data communications network), EGEE (Enabling Grids for E-science in Europe), and DILIGENT (A Digital Library Infrastructure on Grid Enabled Technology) projects have initiated ...

Molecular crystals must withstand both isotropic and anisotropic stress to function in flexible optoelectronics and high‐pressure devices. In situ high‐pressure single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction coupled with DFT‐D computations reveal how an emissive molecular crystal with interdigitated packing bends elastically at ambient‐pressure and remains ...

Ancient Manuscripts and Virtual Research Environments
This volume of Classics@ explores and analyses a methodological turn in ancient studies: the practice of presenting harvested data in ancient manuscripts within virtual research environments (VREs). What changes when research on ancient manuscripts occurs in a VRE, especially in early Jewish and Christian literature, New Testament, and Classical works?

We performed a computational screening of phosphorescent emitters and charge transporters for OLEDs to identify combinations that minimize triplet‐polaron quenching, a major cause of efficiency loss and short operational lifetimes, especially in blue OLEDs. Our results reveal key design rules and highlight emitter‐transporter pairs that strongly reduce

The Role of Curiosity in Virtual Environments: A Conceptual Integration
Brands need to have a digital strategy. Yet, it is difficult to grab consumers’ attention in virtual environments. We present the Curiosity in Virtual Environment (CVE) model, which integrates empirical and conceptual work on virtual environments, goal ...

Virtual cities management and organisation [PDF]
This paper presents a recent overview of the increasing use of Virtual Reality (VR) technologies for the simulation of urban environments. It builds on previous research conducted on the identification of three-dimensional (3D) city models and offers an ...
