The Role of Virtual Articulator in Prosthetic and Restorative Dentistry
Virtual reality is a computer based technology linked with the future of dentistry and dental practice. The virtual articulator is one such application in prosthetic and restorative dentistry based on virtual reality that will significantly reduce the limitations of the mechanical articulator, and by simulation of real patient data, allow analyses with

CCT2 Promotes Prostate Cancer Progression Through EIF3F‐Dependent Stabilization of FASN
ABSTRACT Prostate cancer (PCa) is increasingly recognized to be driven by dysregulated lipid metabolism. Although fatty acid synthase (FASN) is highly expressed in PCa, the mechanisms governing FASN protein stability and its functional integration into oncogenic lipid metabolism remain poorly defined.

PDIA6–SCD1 Axis Rewires Lipid Metabolism to Drive Gastric Cancer Progression
Protein disulfide isomerase A6 (PDIA6) is identified as an oncogenic driver in gastric cancer. PDIA6 directly binds and stabilizes SCD1 by limiting its ubiquitin–proteasome‐mediated degradation, thereby sustaining monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA)‐enriched lipid homeostasis and lipid metabolic reprogramming.

Periprosthetic joint infection establishes a sophisticated immunosuppressive network between CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSCs and Bregs, inducing profound CD8+ T cell paralysis. Alendronate effectively disrupts this CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSC–Breg axis by targeting STAT3, thereby restoring local immune surveillance.

Radiotherapy triggers LTβR N‐glycosylation, enhancing its overall protein stability and nuclear retention. This accumulation drives TRIM28‐mediated PCBP2 SUMOylation, suppressing pyroptosis and conferring gastric cancer radioresistance. Therapeutically, a targeted nanoplatform (cRGD‐Lipo@EMD) effectively disrupts this regulatory axis, offering a highly
