In vitro Cultivation and Cytopathogenicity of Vesicular Exanthema Virus.
Discussion and ConclusionsAn agent capable of producing typical vesicular exanthema in swine has been propagated through 16 passages in a swine embryo tissue culture system. In the course of these passages the original material has been diluted to 10-19, so that it is highly unlikely that any infective material from the original inoculum was carried ...

This study presents a binary tumor‐microenvironment‐on‐a‐chip (T‐MOC) system incorporating multicellular tumor spheroids (MCTs) as an alternative preclinical platform to evaluate the efficacy of anticancer natural products. The T‐MOC model reproduces in vivo drug delivery barriers and physiological conditions, enabling morphological analysis to predict

Cultivation of Duck Hepatitis Virus in Tissue Culture.
SummaryDuck hepatitis virus was passed serially 7 times through monolayer chicken embryo liver cell cultures. Multiplication of virus was demonstrated by assay in embryonated chicken eggs and by gel diffusion precipitin test. Microscopic examination of stained tissue culture cells failed to reveal CPE.

The mechanism diagram reveals that the formation of trauma‐induced heterotopic ossification (HO) is accompanied by the polarization of macrophages toward the M1 phenotype. Additionally, the extracellular vesicles secreted by M1 macrophages, which contain periostin (POSTN), directly bind to PTK7 in tendon‐derived stem cells (TDSCs).

Clathrin Light Chain B (CLTB) drives hepatocellular carcinoma progression through dual pathways: intracellularly, it activates the NF‐κB–PCLAF axis to enhance small extracellular vesicle (sEV) uptake and tumor proliferation; extracellularly, CLTB‐enriched sEVs bind SH3KBP1 to inhibit its degradation, inducing angiogenesis and vascular leakage ...

Model for the role of hsa_circ_0026782/p‐CREB1 (Ser142) played in keloid. Hsa_circ_0026782 is derived from back‐splicing of ITGA7 exon 4. When hsa_circ_0026782 binds to CREB1, the exposure of the bZIP domain and dimerization of CREB1 are promoted (upper left).
