Design and Experimental Research on Fluid Viscous Dampers
A structure design method of a kind of fluid viscous dampers is presented and validated by tests.Firstly, the work principle of these dampers excited by the impact load is analyzed.Based on the Maxwell viscoelastic fluid model, the flow velocity and she ar stress of the silicon oil flowing through the gap between the piston and the cylinder of the damper

Ordered three‐dimensional anodic aluminum oxide (3D‐AAO) nanoarchitectures with longitudinal and transverse pores enable architecture‐driven metamaterials. The review maps fabrication advances, including hybrid pulse anodization, and shows how 3D‐AAO templates tailor properties across magnetism, energy, catalysis, and sensing.

Control strategies for friction dampers: numerical assessment and experimental investigations.
The use of friction dampers has been proposed in a wide variety of mechanical systems for which it is not possible to apply viscoelastic materials, fluid based dampers or others viscous dampers. An important example is the application of friction dampers

Additively Manufactured Porous Ceramics as Tunable Dielectrics for Passive Temperature Sensing
Porous ceramic lattices, 3D‐printed from a multicomponent oxide ink, are integrated with LC resonators for passive wireless temperature sensing. By tuning porosity, the dielectric properties and RF response are engineered to produce distinct resonant frequency shifts with temperature. The results establish a structure‐driven approach to customizing the

Effect of Fluid Viscous Damper parameters on the seismic performance
Energy dissipation devices are widely used to enhance the response of structures subjected to dynamic loads caused by wind and earthquake. Especially, viscous dampers are hydraulic devices widely used in structural engineering that dissipate mechanical energy by producing a damping force against the motion.
