[Nosebleed, vision disorders].
Schweizerische Rundschau fur Medizin Praxis = Revue suisse de medecine Praxis, 1990A 79-year-old man had repeated episodes of nose bleeding, disturbances of vision and anemia. Elevated WBC and lymphocytosis suggested chronic lymphatic leukemia. Serum electrophoresis revealed IgM paraproteinemia. The disease progressed rapidly under appropriate therapy.
