Generation of two normal and tumour (cancerous) paired human cell lines using an established tissue culture technique and their characterisation is described. Cell lines were characterised at cellular, protein, chromosome and gene expression levels and for HPV status.

In Movie Recommender Systems, when a new user registers to the system and she has not yet provided any information about her, the system may not be able to generate personalized recommendations for that user. In such a Cold Start situation, many real-world recommender systems suggest popular movies to the new user.

We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.
