In this work, wide‐field (>1 mm2) frequency‐domain thermoreflectance (FDTR) hyperspectral imaging is used to image subsurface indium bump bonds 50 µm below the surface. Thermal analysis with Monte Carlo uncertainty propagation is used to evaluate bump quality, while a trained deep neural network (can rapidly reconstruct bump geometry contact area maps.

The spraying of nanomaterials on the polymer surface, combined with laser treatment, embeds the nanomaterials in treated regions. The adhesive delamination process removes the non‐embedded nanomaterials and generates different patterns on the surface. This method is versatile and can be used to fabricate various types of sensors.

This study presents a low‐cost technique to analyze hidden layers in perovskite solar cells during operation. By modifying nickel oxide with an ionic liquid, the researchers improved its interaction with the perovskite layer, enhancing charge transfer. The method helps quickly optimize interface treatments and can be applied to other electronic devices

4D Bioprinted Self‐Folding Scaffolds Enhance Cartilage Formation in the Engineering of Trachea
A bilayer self‐folding scaffold, triggerable by humidity, is fabricated via 4D bioprinting for trachea engineering. An analytical model is derived to predict its radius of curvature, enabling its scalability. Cartilage progenitor cells seeded on the scaffold perceive scaffold final curvature and react to it, by enhancing the upregulation of pro ...
