Deep Learning Network‐Tailored Microenvironment Matching of 4D Bioprinting Bioactive Scaffolds for Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A DLN dataset was built to analyze MABS composition versus in vitro/in vivo osteogenesis and angiogenesis. An MLP neural network, taking BG morphological parameters as input, extracts bioactive features from these datasets. A rabbit tibial defect model then validates 4D‐printed MABS for adaptability and bone regeneration in critical defects.

Preparing low-temperature vitrified bond composite sintered body withnano-diamond by polyacrylamide-gel method

open access: yesJin'gangshi yu moliao moju gongcheng, 2018
Low-temperature vitrified bond composite sintered body with nano-diamonds (ND) are prepared by polyacrylamind-gel method. The samples with different diamond contents are made to test the uniformity of ND@SiO2 dispersed in the vitrified bond.

Enhanced Antibacterial Properties of Lyotropic Liquid Crystalline Nanoparticles via Curvature Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lipid nanostructured particles with increasing negative Gaussian curvature progress from vesicles to P‐cubosomes and D‐cubosomes. This curvature hierarchy enhances interaction with bacterial membranes, promotes membrane remodeling and leakage, and potentiates daptomycin activity against MRSA.

Beyond Canonical CO Oxidation: Structural and Evolutionary Insights Into a Non‐Canonical Carbon Monoxide Dehydrogenase

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Clade B carbon monoxide dehydrogenases (CODHs) remain enigmatic, diverging from canonical CODHs in structure and function. Here, we present the first characterization of Ruminococcus flavefaciens CODH (RfCODH), revealing occluded substrate pathways and attenuated CO oxidation activity.

A Phosphorylation‐Induced Micellization Switch in the Low‐Complexity Domain of TDP‐43

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Phosphorylation of TAR DNA‐binding protein's 43 kDa (TDP‐43) low‐complexity domain by casein kinase 1 delta (CK1δ) acts as a molecular switch, redirecting its self‐assembly from macroscopic phase separation toward finite‐sized, spherical block‐copolymer micelles of ∼30 nm.

Monolithic Porous Polymer Architectures for Visible‐to‐UV Upconversion‐Driven Photochemical Reactions

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Porous polymer monoliths embedded with sensitizer–annihilator dye pairs enable efficient solid‐state visible‐to‐ultraviolet triplet–triplet annihilation‐based photon upconversion under low‐intensity blue and green light. Their co‐continuous porous architectures balance chromophore interactions with substrate accessibility, providing robust and tunable ...

Structural and Durability Investigation of the Vitreous Part of the System (35-z)Na2O-zFe2O3-5Al2O3-60P2O5

open access: yesEurasian Chemico-Technological Journal, 2008
The glass compositions isolated within the system (35-z)Na2O-zFe2O3-5Al2O3-60P2O5 (5 ≤ z ≤ 20), were found to belong to the domains of metaphosphate (z = 5) and oligo-phosphate (5 < z ≤ 20) families.

PolyG Fibrils Coalesce Into Nuclear Ribbons That Engage Proteostasis Machinery in Neuronal Intranuclear Inclusion Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In NIID, expanded NOTCH2NLC repeats give rise to nuclear polyG inclusions. Tracer‐guided in situ cryo‐electron tomography enables cross‐scale structural analysis from mouse brain to native neuronal nuclei, revealing dense‐core/peripheral‐halo inclusions built from compact polyG ribbons.
