Allergy, EarlyView.Gene expression of Ara h 2‐specific B cells over the course of the peanut OIT. Isotype of allergen‐specific B cells changes through OIT towards IgG4. Peanut OIT changes the gene expression of allergen‐specific memory B cells. OIT patients showed increased gene expression for regulatory B cells and immune regulation.
