To model a nutrient‐restricted tumor microenvironment, breast cancer cells were adapted to low glucose and glutamine levels. In the adapted cells, BRD4‐driven enhancer activation increases pro‐invasive EDN1 expression, facilitated by ATF3/c‐JUN and reinforced by enhancer RNA.

Quantitative Visualization of Intracellular Nanometabolism Using Peak‐Shifted Dual‐State Emissive FRET Nanoprobes

This study reveals the long‐elusive intracellular dissolution mechanism of carrier‐free nanomedicines. By utilizing peak‐shifted dual‐state emissive FRET nanoprobes (PDFNPs) that undergo a distinct ratiometric fluorescence peak shift upon disassembly, we achieve real‐time, quantitative tracking of dissolution kinetics in live cells.

Probabilistic Computing via Gate‐Tunable Random Telegraph Noise

Intrinsic random telegraph noise in metal–oxide–semiconductor field‐effect transistors is harnessed to create gate‐tunable probabilistic bits. By modulating carrier‐trapping dynamics, the device produces stochastic binary outputs with a continuous bias‐to‐probability transfer.

Chronic Stress Promotes Gastric Cancer Metastasis by Inducing Microbiota‐Associated Kynurenine Accumulation and Macrophage Remodeling

Chronic stress reshapes the gut microbiota and enriches Lactobacillus reuteri, promoting microbiota‐associated kynurenine accumulation through altered tryptophan metabolism. Kynurenine drives immunosuppressive remodeling of tumor‐associated macrophages through TNFR2–C/EBPβ signaling, thereby enhancing gastric cancer dissemination.
