Carbonate apatite (CA) and hydroxyapatite (HAP) are components of infection urinary stones, the occurrence of which is becoming more frequent, especially in highly developed countries. The reasons for this increase can be traced to the consumption of highly processed food, the production of which uses flavor enhancers and preservatives.
