Voice Response Systems Technology
Library Hi Tech, 1984Voice output technology has attained levels of surprising sophistication and quality at reasonable costs. Examined in this article are two methods of generating synthetic speech: phoneme and reconstructed voice systems. Applications, on both levels, are discussed.
