It is a fact that slippage causes tracking errors in both longitudinal and lateral directions which results to have less travel distance in tracking a reference trajectory. Less travel distance means having energy loss of the battery and carrying loads less than planned.

Printed Wearable Sweat Rate Sensor for Continuous In Situ Perspiration Measurement
A wireless wearable sweat rate sensor system is presented, featuring digital 3D direct‐write printing on a flexible substrate with microfluidic layers for continuous, real‐time monitoring. Printed encapsulated metal electrodes are used for capacitance measurements, achieving high sensitivity (0.01 μL min−1) while maintaining a compact and lightweight ...

A hybrid Reinforcement Learning–Explainable AI framework integrates SHAP and LIME explanations directly into a Deep Q‐Network inference loop for real‐time ICU decision support. Trained on 18 142 mechanically ventilated stays from the eICU database, the system attains 93.0% decision accuracy, 20% fewer errors than RL alone, and a 91% clinician trust ...

Inspired by human touch, a tendon‐driven soft robotic finger combines multimodal tactile sensing and deep learning to simultaneously perceive texture and softness on deformable surfaces. A CNN‐LSTM model fuses pressure, accelerometer, and gyroscope signals to accurately classify material properties, achieving up to 95.4% texture and 97.0% softness ...

Multirobot Aerial Soft Manipulator for Floating Litter Collection
A multirobot aerial manipulator enables autonomous floating litter collection by controlling the shape of a flexible rope equipped with a hook‐based tool. Adaptive rope‐shape planning enhances grasping performance while reducing tension, demonstrating the potential of aerial robots for floating litter removal. Removing floating litter from water bodies

Exploiting Edge Semantics in Job Shop Scheduling Problem With Heterogeneous Graph Transformers
A heterogeneous graph transformer (HGT) is introduced for reinforcement learning‐based job shop scheduling by explicitly distinguishing precedence and machine‐contention relations through edge‐type‐specific attention. The proposed framework learns richer scheduling representations, improves decision quality over homogeneous graph models, and highlights

Towards Human‐Centered Intelligent Inhabitable Spaces: A Review
This review introduces Robot‐Rooms as a new category of architectural‐scale robots that do not operate within a space but actively form and reconfigure the space around their occupants. Drawing from robotics, HCI, architecture, and the arts, an interdisciplinary framework is proposed that maps the enabling technologies and integration challenges ...

From Instruction to Inheritance: Scaling Robot Learning Through Knowledge Circulation
Robot learning moves from one‐way instruction toward knowledge circulation. Humans teach robots, robots teach one another, and robots share acquired skills with humans. This perspective connects teaching, embodiment, and learning architectures to explore how knowledge is inherited, adapted, and enriched across agents, opening a path toward scalable ...

Farm labor scarcity and its uneven impacts on crop producers in the United States
Abstract This study is the first to evaluate the impacts of farm labor scarcity on producers in the United States across different crop production systems. Between 2002 and 2017, we disentangle the effects of labor scarcity from the impacts of rising commodity demand, technological change, and supply of other inputs on labor market outcomes.

Firm turnover under asymmetric information: Tanzania's agro‐dealer sector
Abstract We study firm turnover (i.e., entry and exit) and its consumer implications in a market characterized by asymmetric information. Using a three‐round census of agro‐dealers in Tanzania's Morogoro Region, we document annual firm entry and exit rates of 33% and 17%, respectively.
