The voltage profiles along Rogowski coils are calculated, and three alternative ways of closing the loop are compared. In plane layouts the induced voltage is uniformly distributed with respect to the angle subtended at the measured current, but is not uniform along the coil length.

Capacitance-voltage profiling of quantum well structures

Determination of dopant profiles by voltage measurements

The dopant profile in the channel of a double-gated J-FET with uniformly doped channel and substrate is determined from measurements of gate voltage pairs at pinchoff.
