2008 IEEE Power and Energy Society General Meeting - Conversion and Delivery of Electrical Energy in the 21st Century, 2008This paper presents some new technologies of voltage source converter (VSC), i.e., modular multilevel VSC, for high voltage direct current transmission system based on VSC (VSC-HVDC).
