Integrated Planar Transformer for High-Voltage-Ratio LLC DCX With High Current and Ultra-Low Voltage Output

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of Power Electronics
The 48 V voltage regulation modules (VRM) for microprocessors feature a high voltage transformation ratio, large current, and ultra-low voltage output. The solutions based on high-turns-ratio transformers are the most popular ones.

Design and Experimental Validation of a High-Boost Full-Bridge Converter with Extended ZVS Range and Stable Efficiency Under Wide Load Variations

open access: yesEnergies
This paper introduces a new four-switch, high-voltage, high-step-up converter employing two transformers. The topology enables Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) across all primary switches for operating conditions ranging from no load to full load.

Electronic-Based High-Voltage Measuring Transformers

open access: yesIEEE Power Engineering Review, 2002
A new electronic system to assist high-voltage measuring transformers is proposed. This system compensates the voltage drops in the series impedances of the transformer, which are the main cause of errors at power frequency. The nonlinear behavior of the magnetizing branch has no influence on the results.
