Volumetric coefficients, internal pressure, and cohesion energy density of n-alcohols
Journal of Structural Chemistry, 2007Changes in the thermal expansion coefficient and isothermal compressibility in homological series of n-alcohols at 298 K are discussed. It is shown that only methanol exhibits abnormal behavior. Volumetric coefficients of hypothetical solvents such as pseudo-water and pseudo-methanol are determined.

A Water-Miscible Quinone Flow Battery with High Volumetric and Energy Density
ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2019Aqueous redox flow batteries are potentially better candidates than lithium-ion batteries for grid scale energy storage for their safety, cost-effectiveness, longevity, and decoupled power and energy enabling long discharge durations at rated power.1,2 The penetration of the state-of-the-art all-vanadium flow battery is limited by the limited supply ...

Abstract Graphene has attracted widespread attention for supercapacitor applications thank to their excellent conductivity, mechanical flexibility, chemical stability and extremely high specific surface area. Here, all-graphene-oxide-supercapacitors were developed from two reduced graphene oxide (rGO) films as electrodes and one graphene oxide (GO ...
