Climate‐Resilient Greenhouse Approach for Sustainable Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) Seed Production

open access: yesAquaculture, Fish and Fisheries, Volume 6, Issue 4, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Climate variability poses a major challenge to sustainable aquaculture, particularly tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) seed production, which is highly sensitive to seasonal fluctuations in temperature and water quality. This study evaluated a pond greenhouse system as a climate‐resilient approach for winter tilapia seed production compared with

Continuous Flow Photocatalytic Hydrogen‐Transfer Reduction of Benzaldehydes in a Helical Packed‐Bed Reactor

open access: yesChemCatChem, Volume 18, Issue 15, 14 August 2026.
Heterogeneous photocatalysis has attracted attention as a green alternative to thermal catalytic processes. However, continuous operation remains challenging due to mass‐transfer limitations and nonuniform light irradiation. Herein, we report a helical fixed‐bed photocatalytic flow reactor consisting of a FEP tube packed with TiO2‐coated zircon beads ...

Experimental Thermal Performance Investigation of Nontracking Multiple Parabolic Trough Collector With a Single Absorber

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, Volume 14, Issue 8, Page 3584-3607, August 2026.
With a mass flow rate of 0.3 kg/min, a direct solar radiation of 770.25 W/m2, and a global solar radiation of 915.25 W/m2, the maximum outlet water temperature was 63.3°C, the maximum instantaneous efficiency was 51.78%, and the average heat gain was found between 69.81 and 206.88 W, depending on mass flow rate and direct solar radiation.
