Volunteer stewardship management models for volunteer programs
Most events depend on volunteers, but not all events should manage volunteers in the same way. In general, mega events, certainly when they are organised every time in different locations, should apply a programme management approach in which volunteers have less autonomy and are placed in well-defined assignments.
