Voracity and Growth Reconsidered [PDF]
This article investigates economic performance when enforceable property rights are missing and subsistence needs matter. It shows that if per capita income is sufficiently high, a windfall gain in productivity triggers behavior that leads to higher growth (the normal reaction).

Fitness of two phenotypes of Harmonia axyridis (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae)
The coccinellid H. axyridis shows considerable intraspecific variability of elytral patterns. In this paper, we suggest that a genotype that confers a specific pattern of elytra could also confer other specific autecological attributes.

Voracity, growth, and welfare [PDF]
Abstract This paper explores some implications of the comparison between feedback Nash and Stackelberg equilibria for growth and welfare in a ‘voracity’ model. A novel carbon dots material (BUL‐CDs) with an initial afterglow brightness (406 cd m−2) far exceeding that of other afterglow luminescent materials was developed. Furthermore, the BUL‐CDs exhibited time‐dependent afterglow colors, excitation‐dependent afterglow colors, and thermochromic afterglow in response to triplet variables.
