Effect of Dzyaloshinskii Moriya interaction on magnetic vortex
The effect of the Dzyaloshinskii Moriya interaction on the vortex in magnetic microdisk was investigated by micro magnetic simulation based on the Landau Lifshitz Gilbert equation.

Under environmental changes, the expression level of neuropeptide (NP) and neuropeptide receptor (NPR) genes changes to confer context‐dependent adaptation to the model organism Drosophila melanogaster. Through finding more regulatory elements in the NPR genes in comparison with their ligands (NPs), we found that NPR‐biased transcriptional regulation ...

Vortex lattices of layered HTSCs at different vortex–vortex interaction potentials
Magnetization reversal processes in a vortex system with different potentials of vortex–vortex interaction were studied using the Monte Carlo method within the framework of a two-dimensional model of a layered high-temperature superconductor. Interaction potentials close to the potential applicable in superconductors with the Ginzburg–Landau parameter ...

Tryptophan metabolite atlas uncovers organ, age, and sex‐specific variations
Tryptophan metabolites were analyzed across twelve organs, the central nervous system, and serum in male and female mice at three life stages. We found tissue‐, sex‐, and age‐specific differences, including increased indole‐3‐pyruvate and kynurenine in aging males.

(Giant) Vortex - (anti) vortex interaction in bulk superconductors: The Ginzburg-Landau theory
The vortex-vortex interaction potential in bulk superconductors is calculated within the Ginzburg-Landau (GL) theory and is obtained from a numerical solution of a set of two coupled non-linear GL differential equations for the vector potential and the ...

ICU‐EEG Pattern Detection by a Convolutional Neural Network
ABSTRACT Objective Patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) often require continuous EEG (cEEG) monitoring due to the high risk of seizures and rhythmic and periodic patterns (RPPs). However, interpreting cEEG in real time is resource‐intensive and heavily relies on specialized expertise, which is not always available.

Signatures of two-step impurity mediated vortex lattice melting in Bose-Einstein Condensates
We simulate a rotating 2D BEC to study the melting of a vortex lattice in presence of random impurities. Impurities are introduced either through a protocol in which vortex lattice is produced in an impurity potential or first creating the vortex lattice

ABSTRACT Background Olfactory dysfunction is frequently observed in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS); however, its underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. To date, no studies have directly examined the nasal mucosal microbiota in MS. This study aimed to explore potential relationships among olfactory function, nasal microbiota composition,

Altered Dynamic Functional Network Connectivity in Post‐Stroke Aphasia
ABSTRACT Objective Previous studies examining post‐stroke aphasia (PSA) patients via resting‐state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs‐fMRI) have predominantly focused on static functional connectivity. In contrast, the current investigation aims to elucidate the alterations in dynamic functional network connectivity (dFNC) among PSA patients ...
