Combining clinical data with serum proteomics and metabolomics, the HGB–CAPZB–acetic acid model was developed as a potential diagnostic index to distinguish the active and stable stages of Helicobacter pylori‐infected chronic gastritis, and the related mechanism was explored through multi‐omics.

Enhanced peripheral blood mononuclear cell lipid metabolism drives poor immunotherapy response via ferroptotic stress‐induced T cell exhaustion in hepatocellular carcinoma

Integrated multi‐omics reveals that CD36‐mediated lipid overload in PBMCs drives T cell exhaustion via sub‐lethal ferroptotic stress and AKT suppression. This systemic metabolic signature serves as a robust predictor of immunotherapy response in HCC, suggesting that modulating lipid metabolism can rescue immune fitness.
