Microfluidic Engineering of Chitosan‐Coated Nanoemulsions for Controlled Release and Stability in Space Pharmaceutics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Microfluidic engineering enables the fabrication of chitosan‐coated, melatonin‐loaded nanoemulsions with controlled release and enhanced physicochemical stability for space pharmaceutics. Interfacial biopolymer coating modulates droplet behavior under accelerated thermal stress and simulated microgravity.

Vortex Dynamics

Oceanographic Literature Review, 1993
The discovery of coherent structures in turbulence has fostered the hope that the study of vortices will lead to models and an understanding of turbulent flow, thereby solving or at least making less mysterious one of the great unsolved problems of classical physics.

Dynamics of cavitating tip vortex

Journal of Fluid Mechanics, 2023
The three-dimensional dynamic behaviour of a tip vortex generated by a NACA $66_2$-415 hydrofoil is investigated under wetted flow and cavitating conditions using time-resolved tomographic particle image velocimetry. Two main cavitation modes are studied,
