Fast Schulze Voting Using Quickselect
The Schulze voting method aggregates voter preference data using maxmin-weight graph paths, achieving the Condorcet property that a candidate who would win every head-to-head contest will also win the overall election. Once the voter preferences among $m$ candidates have been arranged into an $m\times m$ matrix of pairwise election outcomes, a previous

Voter's Intention to Use Electronic Voting Systems
Although the need for comprehensive assessment of mobile health (mHealth) systems is critical, most existing research focuses solely on these systems' technical merits. The purpose of this study is to prioritize different aspects and indicators of assessing the quality of mHealth services and compare four popular Iranian mHealth systems using this ...

A magneto‐ionic security‐by‐materials‐design strategy exploits voltage‐driven N3– migration in selectively contacted FeCoN dots, creating reconfigurable sub‐15 nm ferromagnetic sublayers with deterministic and/or probabilistic (single‐domain↔vortex) states, voltage‐tunable probabilities and fully stochastic orientation/chirality.

Palmprint Verification Using SIFT Majority Voting
In this paper we illustrate the implementation of a robust, real-time biometric system for identity verification based on palmprint images. The palmprint images are preprocessed to align the major axes of hand shapes and to extract the palm region. We extract features using Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT).

U.S. Consumer Preferences for Cage‐Free Eggs and Hen Housing Policies
ABSTRACT Farm animal welfare (FAW) continues to be a divisive issue in the egg industry. In the United States, 10 states and most major retailers have implemented policies or voluntary pledges to transition to 100% cage‐free egg sales. We use best‐worst scaling and discrete choice experiments to evaluate U.S.
