Neurogenic stimulation (EFS, 0.5 Hz) simultaneously evoked responses in PICC and VSM in the example shown. The PICC was quiescent pre-EFS but responded with several Ca2+-oscillations. The pre-EFS spontaneous activity in VSM was enhanced by 0.5 Hz.
