Quarterly Journal of the Royal Meteorological Society, EarlyView.Aleatoric and epistemic uncertainties over time on weather and climate time‐scales, estimated through ensembles that sample aleatoric and epistemic uncertainty using Bayesian neural networks for parameterisations in the Lorenz 1996 model.
