Sentinel lymph node mapping of a breast cancer of the vulva: Case report and literature review.
Ectopic breast tissue is rare and typically presents as an axillary mass. Previous reports have identified ectopic breast tissue in the vulva, but malignancy is exceedingly uncommon.

In this Swedish nationwide study, women reported a high prevalence of local vulvar symptoms which improved after treatment and during follow‐up. Severe and persisting vulvar symptoms were associated with a significant deterioration in physical, emotional, role, social, and cognitive functioning.

Changes in physical violence and injury during sexual assaults over time among females 16–29 years
Most women aged 16–29 who attended a sexual assault center in Stockholm, Sweden, experienced physical violence during the sexual assault. Between 2012 and 2022, incidents involving hitting and non‐fatal strangulation increased significantly. Over the same period, the prevalence of injuries to the head/neck, trunk, and genitals also rose.

Vulvar symptoms are a common reason for a gynecologic visit. A variety of conditions impact the vulva, including dermatologic conditions, hormonal changes, vulvar pain, and sexually transmitted or other infections. History and physical exam, focused on the symptoms and the vulvovaginal area, are crucial to identifying the etiology of the symptoms.

Abstract We describe how girls aged 7 to 12 from social care homes in Ciudad Juárez (Mexico) talk about sexuality in workshops that we led, focusing on how mechanisms of surveillance and self‐surveillance operate in a context in which the research framework opens up new norms for socially acceptable ways of talking about sexuality.
