Divergent Numbers, Convergent Narratives: The Paradox of Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Drawing on a longitudinal analysis of 546 organizations, the study reveals a fundamental paradox: organizations with dramatically different statistical outcomes employ remarkably similar narrative strategies and interventions.
