In Situ Electrochemical Activation of Pseudo‐Layered NbS3 via Interlayer Expansion and Dual Redox for High Mg‐Ion Storage

A quasi‐1D pseudo‐layered NbS3 cathode for magnesium‐ion batteries can be created through electrochemically induced interlayer expansion. The widened ion‐transport channels enable fast magnesium ion diffusion and unlock coupled cationic‐anionic redox chemistry.

Neuromodulator Dynamics Underlying Associative Learning in the Ventral Striatum's Olfactory Tubercle

Using fiber photometry and genetically encoded sensors, the dynamic release patterns of four neuromodulators in the olfactory tubercle (OT)—a brain region overlapping with the olfactory cortex and ventral striatum—were systematically monitored in response to external rewards and distinct reward‐associated learning processes.

Room‐Temperature Antiferroelectricity in Titanite (CaTiSiO5) Thin Films

This study reports the first fabrication of titanite films featuring 1D chains of oxygen octahedra, along with the first observation of their antiferroelectric behavior at room temperature. A field‐induced ferroelectric phase is observed at ∼430 kV/cm, which is not reported in bulk titanite.

Performance Enhancement in Hafnium Oxide Through Homogeneous and Heterogeneous co‐Doping Strategies

This article presents a comprehensive co‐doping toolkit to optimize the performance and reliability of fluorite‐structure ferroelectrics like hafnium oxide. By employing homogeneous and heterogeneous co‐doping strategies, precise control over crystallization behavior, polarization hysteresis, and oxygen vacancy distribution is achieved.

Unraveling Failure Mechanism of Indium Anodes in all‐Solid‐State Batteries

In anode has been widely used in labs due to its stability. However, it still suffers failure at high current density and areal capacity. This work demonstrates the failure mechanism of In anode and propose protective layer by atomic layer deposition could effectively enhance the performance.
