We show that many hydrogen‐related effects in silicon solar cells can be explained by direct electron‐assisted acceptor‐hydrogen pair dissociation. Most importantly, it leads to a high concentration of atomic hydrogen, which is highly reactive and diffusive. We provide a unified physical description of LeTID.

ABSTRACT Centuries of river modification, particularly straightening and incision, have severely reduced lateral connectivity between rivers and their floodplains.
