Serological analysis and pathogenic potentials of Wangiella dermatitidis isolated from bats
Mycopathologia, 1981Five isolates of Wangiella dermatitidis from macroscopically asymptomatic bats were analysed by the agar-gel immunodiffusion tests and the mouse inoculation studies on virulence. No cross-reactivity among the antigens and antisera prepared from the bat and human isolates was observed.

Cell cycle regulation of polymorphism in Wangiella dermatitidis.
Archives of medical research, 1994Phenotypic switching in Wangiella dermatitidis between polarized growth processes leading to yeast budding or hyphal apical extension and nonpolarized processes leading to isotropically enlarged forms that may become multicellular is a cell-cycle related phenomenon.
