Advanced Science, EarlyView.A calcium‐dependent, specific biorecognition between coagulation factor Xa (FXa) and zeolite is discovered. It alters the prothrombin activation pathway to a more efficient mechanism by mimicking the FXa/factor Va (FXa/FVa) interaction formed during the natural coagulation cascade.
