A Study on the Precision Forging Process for a Differential Bevel Gear
[[abstract]]本研究是針對差速器用傘齒輪進行精密鍛造製程研究開發,以20CrMnTi材質之傘齒輪工件作為載具,開發其高精度傘齒輪之鍛造製程,期望傘齒輪在以往的鍛造製程後之精度從DIN10級能夠向上提升至DIN8級,且經由鍛造成形之傘齒輪可比一般切削加工成形之齒輪具有更良好的品質,可大幅提升使用壽命。首先利用DIN5級之標準傘齒輪以逆向工程技術建立傘齒輪3D曲面,再利用DEFORM-3D軟體進行鍛造成形模擬分析,探討成形溫度、成形負荷、鍛件之毛邊厚度及鍛胚體積之重要參數 ...
