Multidimensional Topological Measure Spaces and Their Applications in Decision‐Making Problems

open access: yesAdvances in Fuzzy Systems, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This paper presents a generalized framework termed the multidimensional topological measure space (MDTMS), developed through multidimensional fuzzy sets, multidimensional topology, and an associated distance measure. The suggested framework enhances traditional fuzzy models by facilitating a more nuanced representation and examination of intricate ...

A Cross‐Entropy‐Driven MABAC Method Under Interval‐Valued q‐Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Sets

open access: yesAdvances in Fuzzy Systems, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Cross‐entropy is a useful tool for quantifying the divergence between systems. In this paper, we develop an interval‐valued q‐rung orthopair fuzzy cross‐entropy measure. Subsequently, the satisfaction‐based cross‐entropy (SCE) is derived from the compromise rule, integrating decision‐makers’ risk preferences to enhance rationality.

Group Decision-Making Model Based on Triangular Neutrosophic Sets for Service Quality Evaluation in Tourism Mobile E-Commerce [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems
Triangular fuzzy numbers are frequently used by experts to assess their opinions in the group decision-making (GDM) paradigm. In this research, we used neutrosophic because preference connections with triangular fuzzy numbers are consistent.

Evaluation and Ranking of Iran’s Provinces in Terms of Mining Development Using Multicriteria Decision‐Making (MCDM) Techniques

open access: yesComplexity, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Mining development is of prime importance for economic growth, industrialization, and resilience, particularly for countries rich in minerals, such as Iran. Using an excellent multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) method, this study attempted to determine provinces with respect to mining development by assessing other regions or provinces by placing ...

Location Planning for Constructing New Emergency Medical Services: A Case Study

open access: yesJournal of Engineering, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Emergency medical services (EMSs) are an efficient and effective system created to provide pre‐hospital care so as to minimize physical harm in the event of an emergency like Corona pandemic. The system is aimed at providing a rapid response to save patients’ lives and, if necessary, to transfer them to pandemic treatment centers.

Fuzzy TOPSIS‐Based Multi‐Criteria Selection of Renewable Energy Sources for Smart Grids

open access: yesWind Energy, Volume 28, Issue 10, October 2025.
ABSTRACT Transitioning to renewable energy sources (RES) is essential for achieving sustainable energy systems and reducing environmental impacts. Integrating RES into smart grids presents a complex decision‐making challenge, as it involves evaluating multiple, often conflicting, criteria such as cost, energy efficiency, environmental impact ...
