Small, EarlyView.A freeze‐dried copper‐based metal‐organic framework removes more than 95% of manganese from water. Capturing the metal reorganizes the framework, giving the used adsorbent a second life as a reusable catalyst that produces valuable ester products in yields up to 84%.
