TIPE1m NPs nanoparticles restore TIPE1 expression, promote RAB7A ubiquitination and degradation, suppress autophagic flux, and resensitize paclitaxel‐resistant triple‐negative breast cancer to therapy. ABSTRACT Acquired paclitaxel (PTX) resistance remains a major obstacle in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) treatment.

Transuranic (TRU) Waste Phase I Retrieval Plan [PDF]
From 1970 to 1987, TRU and suspect TRU wastes at Hanford were placed in the SWBG. At the time of placement in the SWBG these wastes were not regulated under existing Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations, since they were generated and disposed of prior to the effective date of RCRA at the Hanford Site (1987).

Single‐cell transcriptomics reveals the cellular response of Macrobrachium hainanense to carbonate alkalinity stress. Alkalinity stress impairs branchial ammonia excretion, induces mitochondrial dysfunction, and drives cell‐type‐specific changes in gills and hemocytes.

Solid waste retrieval. Phase 1, Operational basis [PDF]
This Document describes the operational requirements, procedures, and options for execution of the retrieval of the waste containers placed in buried storage in Burial Ground 218W-4C, Trench 04 as TRU waste or suspect TRU waste under the activity levels defining this waste in effect at the time of placement.

Selective Degradation of Polyurethanes in Mixed Plastic Wastes via Ir‐Catalyzed Hydrogenolysis
The selective degradation of polyurethanes in mixed plastic wastes with polyesters and polyamides was achieved using H2 as a reactant, enabling simultaneous recovery of diformamides and polyols arising from polyurethanes and separation of polyesters and polyamides without any degradation.

Automated generative process synthesis via transformer‐based dual‐loop simulation and optimization
Abstract This study presents a novel framework for automated generative process synthesis, addressing the complexity of simultaneously optimizing discrete topologies and continuous operating variables. To overcome conventional superstructure limitations, we propose a dual‐loop architecture integrating generative transformers with rigorous process ...
