Synthesis of Indolocarbazole‐Diketopyrrolopyrrole Dyads and Investigation of Their Photoinduced Electron Transfer Properties

open access: yesAsian Journal of Organic Chemistry, Volume 15, Issue 2, February 2026.
Three ICZ‐DPP dyads are synthesized using the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction as a key step. Photophysical studies of the dyads showed broad and strong visible light absorption, and ultrafast electron transfer from ICZ donor to DPP acceptor, leading to charge separated state in polar solvents.

Fluoride and Neurodevelopmental Hazard Modelling: An Assessment of Concentration‐Response Analysis

open access: yesCommunity Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology, Volume 54, Issue 1, Page 101-111, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Objectives A National Academies Consensus Study report concluded that the evidence did not support an assessment that fluoride is a neurodevelopmental hazard. However, some researchers have undertaken benchmark dose modelling to determine a safe fluoride concentration level in water.

Epidemiological Comparative Study on Contact Sensitisations in Woodworkers With Occupational Dermatitis: Patch Test Data of the Information Network of Departments of Dermatology, 1999 to 2023

open access: yesContact Dermatitis, Volume 94, Issue 2, Page 125-136, February 2026.
The data demonstrates that allergic contact dermatitis is common in WW with OD. The most important allergens include resins (including epoxy resin) and plant‐derived substances (including colophonium). The high share of WW with allergic contact dermatitis and face dermatitis hampers preventive efforts.

Investigation of the printability of ethyl 2‐[4‐(1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2(3H)‐thion‐5‐yl)phenylhydrazono]‐3‐oxobutyrate on coated and uncoated papers

open access: yesColoration Technology, Volume 142, Issue 1, Page 67-74, February 2026.
Abstract There is a growing demand in the printing industry for pigment‐based inks with excellent lightfastness and rub resistance qualities. In this work, a novel ink with the formulation ethyl 2‐[4‐(1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐2(3H)‐thione‐5‐yl)phenylhydrazono]‐3‐oxobutyrate (OXKT) was prepared as a pigment and its printability was investigated for use in ...
