Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery

A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

Impact of water vapor annealing treatments on Al2O3/diamond interface

Our group developed the first inversion-type p-channel diamond metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor, which featured normally off properties by employing water vapor annealing treatments for the oxygen-terminated diamond surface.

Bio‐Derived Polyelectrolyte Additive–Induced Interfacial Ion‐Diffusion Barriers for Nonvolatile Organic Artificial Synapses

Sodium alginate regulates interfacial ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. The carboxylate‐rich polymeric network forms a dynamic interfacial ion‐diffusion barrier that facilitates ion injection during programming while suppressing ion back‐diffusion, thereby stabilizing the electrochemically doped channel state.
